The position requires performing all sales and leasing activities including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-ins.

Salary
Base: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonus programs; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k) match, sabbatical after 10 years
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Valid driver's license for golf cart operation
Experience with OneSite or Yardi software
Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
Conducting credit and criminal background checks
Executing marketing plans to drive community traffic
Nice-to-have
Strong customer satisfaction and relationship skills
Knowledge of local rental market conditions
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Experience with internet marketing tools like Facebook
Flexibility to float between Charlotte region properties
