Sound knowledge of business strategy development and implementation. Monitors financial reports of the business accounts to ensure budgetary compliance with country goals. Develops, and implements policies and procedures for the country to ensure maximum income from existing accounts, and successful renewals. Develops common direction for the team. Sets priorities and makes team agenda and strategy clear to all team members. Identify, motivate, train, develop and direct team to develop business & P&L sense to grow their capability to manage their P&L as business owners. Interfaces with key existing clients as required together with team to maintain client satisfaction and account retention. Resolves client and customer satisfaction or employee related complaints raised to leadership team. Participates with business development team in the sales process for the acquisition of new business. Review organizational structure, operations processes and performance standards, to make changes as required to drive operational excellence, service excellence, efficiency, productivity & health and workplace safety excellence. Interfaces with legal and human resources to obtain procedures for various customer and employee related charges. Trains, motivates and develops management personnel to achieve high level of morale and efficient use of human resources. Conducts appropriate annual and semi-annual performance evaluations. Completes all daily, weekly or monthly reports as outlined in the corporate policy and procedures. Projects and practices consistent ownership which provide a high level of customer service at all points of contact. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality correlated field, or equivalent degree or equivalent related experience. Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry, with strong background in driving business performance.
