Job Summary
Responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of vessel or craft and industrial plant equipment cognizant to A-06 Port Operations and all related structural work.
Performs various welding and cutting processes necessary for structural repairs and fabrications, including MIG or TIG methods.
Maintains awareness to safety requirements and all work areas clean and in good housekeeping.

Key Requirements
Minimum of four (4) year experience as Shipfitter journeyman or Marine Welder

Knowledge in blueprint reading, shop mathematics, structural fabrications and shipboard welding processes
