Job Description: To co-ordinate and correspond with sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants Attending site meetings Planning, scheduling and monitoring work progress Supervision of construction progress and quality checking Prepare monthly progresss report and progress claim Supervise all structural and civil works and attend all meetings and co-ordination with sub-contractors. Liaise with client’s consultants, RE and etc. Prepare and plan work schedules. Maintain and monitor quality controls. Conduct daily field inspections of all work under construction. Ensure workers maintain a clean construction site at all times. Prepare job closing inspection reports for completed construction. Establish inventory control methods and procedures to ensure availability. Co-ordinate all matters pertaining to compensation insurance for labour and take necessary steps to maintain lowest possible rate Other administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as required. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
