  • Maintain and operate environmental controls, emergency power, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and other building systems for safe and efficient facility operation.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, repair, rebuild, or replace various equipment, and operate auxiliary supply systems as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA, OSHA, NFPA, and other applicable laws and regulations while performing duties.
