Responsibilities: Serve in different capacities as business process analyst, RPA developer, support, and trainer across multiple assignments Collaborate with customers to define use cases, optimize processes, and redesign or reengineer IT and business operations Gather business requirements, design, develop, test, deploy, and document automation workflows Create, review, and maintain BRDs, PDDs, and SDDs for business and solution design Deliver process automations in onsite and remote client engagements to ensure successful adoption Apply RPA implementation best practices to configure efficient, reusable, and maintainable solutions Interpret workflow diagrams and conceptualize them into automated solutions Create and document test procedures, scenarios, and cases for pre-UAT and UAT phases Conduct thorough testing of packages in hosted or supported deployment environments Maintain RPA systems and monitor successful execution of automation processes Provide L1–L3 support for existing automations, improve documentation, and impleme
