Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
3 years experience in automotive thermal systems
Proficiency with OEM CAD and PLM systems
Strong understanding of heat transfer and fluid dynamics
Ability to lead component design in complex OEM environment
Nice-to-have
Experience with EV thermal architectures
Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, and DVP&R
Knowledge of heat exchanger manufacturing processes
Strong supplier management and launch experience
Growth mindset in fast-paced high-growth environment
