As a GOLFTEC Coach, you will leverage your expertise and our proprietary teaching technology to provide personalized, high-quality golf instruction. You will also contribute to daily operations, equipment merchandising, and fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one golf lessons using GOLFTEC’s advanced technology and teaching methods. Recommend personalized instruction plans to help students achieve their goals. Provide outdoor/on-course coaching when required. Assist in center operations, including merchandising and selling golf equipment. Perform custom club fittings using advanced fitting tools. Build strong relationships with students and promote GOLFTEC programs. Represent GOLFTEC at internal and external events. Qualifications & Requirements Qualified member of a recognized PGA preferred. Minimum 5 years of golf coaching experience. Strong knowledge of golf swing mechanics and instruction methods. Familiarity with golf instruction and club fitting technologies is a plus. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-oriented with a passion for helping players improve.
