The role serves as the primary demand planning and IBP lead for Electrophysiology products across Southeast Asia and India, reporting to the Senior Manager.
Responsibilities include owning end-to-end demand forecasts, facilitating regional IBP/S&OP cadences, and supervising a local planning team to ensure product availability.
The position requires strong collaboration with Commercial, Supply Planning, Logistics, and Finance to balance service levels with working capital constraints while supporting new product launches.
