Position Overview: As an Early Childhood English Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a dynamic curriculum that promotes holistic development for young learners according to EYDF/NEL. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to explore their creativity. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans focused on Values, Social Development and Learning Disposition, through English language & literacy, Numeracy, Discovery of the world, Motor skills, Aesthetic & Creative Expression. Foster a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere. Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles. Assess and monitor student's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the educational experience. Maintain a safe and organised classroom environment. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education, English. Experience working with young children, in an early childhood setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners.
