1. Operations Management Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow Manage appointment scheduling and customer flow Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery 2. Team Leadership Supervise, train, and motivate hairstylists and assistants Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions Maintain a positive and professional working environment 3. Sales & Business Performance Drive sales targets for services and retail products Monitor KPIs (revenue, customer retention, package sales) Upsell services and promote packages effectively Support marketing campaigns and promotions 4. Customer Experience Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction Build strong relationships with clients Maintain customer records and follow-up on appointments 5. Inventory & Admin Manage stock levels (products, chemicals, supplies) Coordinate with suppliers and place orders Handle basic reporting (daily sales, staff performance) Ensure proper use of salon systems and POS Requirements: Has experience in a salon setting and management experience. Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction and team management. Ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and multiple operational tasks simultaneously. Strong ability to lead, motivate, and solve problems
