We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our social media presence through strong strategy, data-driven decision making, and high-performing content. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and analytics, with ownership of channel performance, audience growth, and measurable business impact. You will be responsible for shaping social media strategy, driving audience growth, and ensuring content delivers against engagement, traffic, and conversion goals. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable leading initiatives while staying close to the data. Note: This role will focus on managing and growing the social media presence of Ambi, a brand under Ask & Embla. What You Will Do Design and implement creative, social-first strategies aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes Own social media channel performance and growth, using analytics to guide decisions and priorities Strategize and guide the creation of viral and high-performing content with clear, data-backed goals across engagement, traffic, and conversion Measure, monitor, and report on key performance indicators, translating insights into clear actions and new initiatives Build and maintain dashboards or reporting tools to track channel performance, campaign ROI, and audience behavior Work closely with content creators, videographers, copywriters, and freelance or remote resources to deliver consistent, high-quality content Conduct regular research on trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity, using insights to continuously refine social strategies Collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing, influencer marketing, merchandising, and customer service to ensure alignment and data consistency Stay up to date with emerging platforms, tools, and social media trends to keep the brand innovative and competitive Who You Are Required At least 5 years of experience managing and growing social media channels with measurable impa
