Work schedule: 5 days workweek, 8 hour per day Location: Ann Siang Hill Start: 27 July 2026 Role overview: We are looking for a barista who can deliver consistent, high-quality coffee while supporting a smooth and welcoming front-of-house experience. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency during peak hours, and a strong sense of hospitality. Key responsibilities Prepare drinks (espresso based, tea, matcha) to defined recipes and standards Basic latte art skills Dial in grinders and adjust extraction to maintain consistency Maintain cleanliness and calibration of coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinder, etc.) Take orders accurately and manage queue flow during peak periods Provide basic product knowledge Assist with cashiering/POS transactions and cake packing when necessary Support service flow (drink handover, coordination with cashier and FOH) Train and mentor part timers and other staff (cross training) on SOP and flow Maintain stock inventory (e.g. beans, milk, take away packaging) Maintain cleanliness of bar and service areas at all times Adhere to internal SOPs and opening/ closing procedures Requirements Singaporean/ PR Prior barista experience preferred (but can train if attitude is strong) Basic understanding of espresso extraction and milk texturing Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work on weekends and public holidays Please send your resume to hr@loulouca.com
