  • You will keep accurate logs of service visits, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with federal and state law regulations and policies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Early Childhood Education or Social/Behavioral Science
  • One (1) year experience performing case management services
  • Master’s degree in Human Services
  • Associate degree in Nursing with licensure in Kentucky or compact state
  • Two (2) years of public health experience
  • Submit to a drug screening test and background check
