Job Summary You will lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and system design to deliver effective business solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical specifications, design integrations, and ensure quality through testing and user training. Responsibilities Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather and clarify stakeholder requirements and define project scope Analyze and model existing business workflows to identify gaps and recommend improvements Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and system design documents for development teams Design and recommend hardware, software, and IT modifications to automate and optimize workflows Develop test strategies, define test cases, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solution effectiveness Create user manuals, conduct end-user training sessions, and provide ongoing post-implementation and production support Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa Apply analytical thinking to perform gap analysis and solve problems within business processes Utilize knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile and Scrum to support project delivery Understand database concepts and system architecture to inform design and integration decisions Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field with relevant industry experience
