The Sr. Research Software Engineer designs, modifies, develops, and implements AI/Machine Learning (ML)/Virtual Reality (VR)/Augmented Reality (AR) software systems as part of the University of Miami’s Frost Institute for Data Science and Computing (IDSC).
The incumbent oversees the successful completion of all extended/augmented reality research projects initiated through UMVerse and IDSC’s Creative Computing Program.
