The Company The client is a growing multinational technology and manufacturing company specializing in advanced industrial inspection and intelligent technology solutions to hire an experienced Human Resources Manager. This role will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions and support the company’s regional growth and people development initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, training, and HR operations • Partner closely with business leaders and department heads to support workforce planning and organizational growth • Drive talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain high-performing technical and corporate talent • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business objectives and local employment regulations • Support employee engagement, culture-building, and staff retention initiatives across the organization • Manage performance review processes, employee development plans, and succession planning initiatives • Provide HR advisory support to managers on employee relations, performance matters, and people management issues • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal governance policies • Support payroll coordination, HR reporting, and HR analytics where required • Participate in regional HR projects, process improvements, and transformation initiatives • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align HR strategies with business expansion plans Requirements • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline • Minimum 5–8 years of HR generalist or HR management experience, preferably within technology, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments • Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices • Experience supporting fast-paced and growing organizati
