Job Description: To conduct pre-qualification to shortlist qualifiedvendors to be invited for tenders. Work closely with respective operations department toprepare tender documents, arrange tender briefing, and site show for invitationto tender. Compile and evaluate tender submissions, includingprice analysis and quality assessment. Conduct tender interviews, clarifications andnegotiation of pricing and contracted terms. Prepare recommendation paper, ensuring timely approvaland award. Issue contract agreement to awarded vendors. For changes to contract – to raise variation forapproval and issue variation letter to vendor. Creation of contract and change order in purchasingportal. Ensure procurement activities comply with groupprocurement policies and SOPs. Any other procurement and contract management relatedtasks which may be assigned. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor,carrying them out diligently and professionally Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Business /Purchasing Good communication andwriting skills Proficient in MicrosoftExcel, Words and Power Point Knowledge in SAP
