About MAD Foods MAD Foods is a fast-growing FMCG company focused on innovative, functional ready-to-drink coffee beverages. With strong foundations in Southeast Asia and growing traction in North America, we are building a global brand at the intersection of convenience, taste, and gut health. We are now looking for a commercially driven New Markets Export Manager to take ownership of Canada and support expansion into new Asian markets. The Role This is a commercially focused role with responsibility for Canada and selected new markets in Asia. You will support revenue growth, help manage market-level P&Ls, and build scalable distribution across multiple geographies. The role is Singapore-based, with regular travel across Asia and extended time spent in Canada to support distributor management, customer development, and in-market execution. You will also work closely with manufacturing partners and supply chain teams to help ensure consistent product supply across all markets. Key Responsibilities Market Ownership (Canada & Asia) - Support management of the P&L for Canada and assigned Asian markets - Deliver against revenue and growth targets - Contribute to market-specific commercial strategies New Market Expansion (Asia) - Support identification and launch of new markets across Asia - Assist in building market entry strategies including channel focus, pricing, and positioning - Help drive execution from first shipment through to scale Distributor and Customer Management - Identify and support onboarding of distributors and key partners - Build and maintain strong commercial relationships - Spend time in Canada supporting distributors, key accounts, and market development - Track performance against commercial targets Supply Chain and Manufacturing Coordination - Work closely with manufacturing partners and co-packers to support consistent product supply - Assist with production planning, forecasting, and inventory management - Help coordinate export logistics acro
