To design intuitive, accessible, and consistent user interfaces and experiences for the Agency Service Portal by translating product requirements and user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs that support product strategy and development. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and interaction flows across multiple touchpoints of the service portal, translating product requirements and briefs into clear, functional, and aesthetically considered interface designs. Design and maintain UI components and contribute to the evolution of the design system, ensuring visual consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, and scalability across the portal in line with design standards and brand guidelines.
