Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Advanced Degree in Optical Engineering or Physics
Experience with Zemax or Code V optical modeling
Strong understanding of geometrical and wave optics
3-5 years experience developing complex optical systems
Experience designing imaging, laser, or fiber optic systems
Nice-to-have
Programming experience with Python or MATLAB
Knowledge of AI/ML tools for engineering productivity
Experience in regulated medical device environments
Familiarity with ISO industry standards
Ability to mentor junior engineers
