The Director, Procurement Contracting will provide strategic legal counsel to the Procurement function on sourcing strategies and risk assessment.
This role partners closely with Legal, Finance, Quality, and Compliance teams to ensure consistent and compliant contracting outcomes in a highly regulated environment.

Salary
Base: $150,000.00 - $258,750.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for long-term incentive program; Benefits: 401(k), pension, vacation, sick time, parental leave
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Juris Doctor degree required
Admitted to practice law in US jurisdiction
10-12 years commercial contracting experience
Expertise in high-value supplier negotiations
Knowledge of regulated industry compliance
Nice-to-have
Experience in medical device or orthopedics sector
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems
Background in digital health or robotics contracts
Track record of enterprise process transformation
Executive presence for complex escalations
Key Requirements
Juris Doctor from nationally recognized law school
Admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
10-12 years progressive experience in commercial contracting
Proven expertise in negotiating multi-million-dollar agreements
