The position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $41.00 - $43.00/hr along with a 100% housing discount at Greystar-managed communities.
Incumbents are responsible for supervising staff, enforcing leases, controlling expenditures within budget constraints, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and ADA regulations.

3-5 years Community Manager experience
Proficiency in Yardi or OneSite software
Valid driver's license for golf cart operation
Multi-building property management background
Retail experience preferred
