The Support Staff will assist in implementing the Go Baby Go! Parenting Program by supporting facilitators, organizing sessions, conducting home visits, and promoting holistic child wellbeing.
This is a fixed term position based in the Municipality of Bugasong, Antique, working with a large global team across nearly 100 countries.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
support training of facilitators and mentors
organize and deliver caregiver learning sessions
coordinate and conduct home visits
monitor progress and document activities
conduct mapping of existing community services
facilitate community group formation
Nice-to-have
effective facilitation skills
ability to build strong community relationships
high tolerance for constant change
excellent communication and writing skills
physically fit for regular travel
Key Requirements
Graduate of Social Work or Health Care related fields
At least one year experience in administrative or office support roles
Experience in organizing, community development and health care services
Professional qualification related to health care preferred
Ability to travel regularly within Bugasong, Antique
