Job Summary

• This role leads marine, nautical, safety, and fleet training operations across the Disney Cruise Line fleet and private island destinations.
• The Executive Director is responsible for maintaining compliance with international maritime regulations including IMO, USCG, and Flag State requirements.
• Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in maritime operations such as Captain or Staff Captain roles.
