Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
Ensure IFRS and local statutory compliance
Manage tax compliance including VAT and corporate income tax
Establish and maintain internal control frameworks
Drive budgeting and monthly forecasting activities
Fluent in Thai and English languages
Nice-to-have
Experience in construction industry preferred
Knowledge of SAP ERP, BPC, and QlikSense
Passion for process automation and digitalization
Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement background
Strong stakeholder influence and collaboration skills
Key Requirements
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
At least 10 years of relevant work experience
Professional certifications (CPD) preferred
Proven knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
