Troubleshoot network issues (Windows environment, AD, TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewall). Administer servers, email systems (Exchange/Outlook), and backup systems. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. Support system improvements and recommend IT initiatives. Coordinate with vendors and support users across multiple locations. Supervise contractors and assist in site surveys / IT projects. Job Requirements Diploma in IT or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support experience. Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and Active Directory. Experience with fieldwork / site support is an advantage.
