OurAccounting Firm needs you to perform the following for our clients: · Provide management over a portfolio of clients to ensurerequired filings and submissions to be done by stipulated timeline · Achieve team and individual budgets, business plans andperformance objectives · Prepare, scheduling, monitor, control, coach, train and developteam members including reviewing of corporate/individual tax computations, GSTcomputations, accounting treatment and preparation of unaudited financialstatements in compliance with relevant governing law · Work with external auditors, resolving any accounting or taxrelated issues for portfolio of clients · Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements · Recognized Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professionalqualification (ACCA, CPA, CA etc.) · At least 2-5 years of relevant experience · Analytical with good inter-personal skills and enjoys challenges · Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatorycompliance and accounting principles · Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLookup and PivotTable) advantageous · Proficient in accounting software (MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero etc.)advantageous · Customer service oriented mindset · Able to multi-task in a fast moving environment · Able to focus on timeline and target Benefits · 5-days work week · Medical & Dental benefits upon confirmation · Increased annual leave entitlements · Birthday Leaves upon confirmation · Long service award and cash incentive · Annual salary review & performance bonus for confirmedemployees · Company reward incentives for confirmed employees · Quarterly employee engagement activities · Free snacks and drinks · Free monthly company arranged lunch & drinks · Corporate Individual Mobile Scheme Plans Training & Development
