Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years labor and employment law experience
JD from ABA-approved law school
Active member of NC or SC Bar
Knowledge of Title VII ADA ADEA FMLA FLSA NLRA
Experience with internal investigations and litigation
Nice-to-have
In-house legal experience preferred

Key Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
Active bar membership in North Carolina or South Carolina
