Job Responsibilities :- Perform daily operations tasks To perform opening shift and closing shift operations in accordance to roster In-charge of stock check & ordering, confirm the condition of all delivery items are within specifications, and ensure proper storage of all stocks Provide service excellence to our customers and able to handle complaints and perform service recovery Oversee that all equipment of the entire store are fully-functioning, taking initiative for simple repair works where necessary Manage inventory control and usage Undertake any operations related duties as assigned by the Store in Charge / Manager On Duty Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned Requirement :- Team player and independent Good working attitude
