We are on the lookout for a finance professional who is equal parts meticulous and forward-thinking. In this role, you will ensure accurate reporting, maintain compliance, and drive data-backed strategies that help shape financial policies that move the organization forward. What you’ll be doing: Manage full sets of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, and monthly payroll processing. Prepare audit schedules and provide necessary support for the annual statutory audit. Handle Goods and Services Tax (GST) submissions and ensure compliance with Singapore’s regulatory requirements. Support management reporting by preparing financial analyses, variance reports, project-specific financial tracking, and other key reporting deliverables. Assist in financial projections and budgeting for ongoing projects to support strategic decision-making. Prepare and manage grant applications, ensuring eligibility, compliance, and timely submissions. Maintain proper records and robust filing systems for all financial activities, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Assist in implementing and upholding internal controls and accounting policies to strengthen financial governance. Oversee inventory and asset management, ensuring accurate records and proper controls. Provide ad-hoc support for financial projects and any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager. The experience that helps you thrive: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in financial reporting, with leadership or team management experience a strong plus. Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST regulations, and IRAS compliance. Familiarity with Xero accounting software is highly advantageous.
