Job Summary
Oversee the daily operations of assigned programs within our Main Building, leading a team of Direct Support Professionals and coordinating individualized and group treatment programs.
Supervise, coach, and mentor Direct Support Professionals, providing training and development on behavioral interventions, crisis management, and therapeutic approaches.
Uphold safety regulations and emergency procedures, ensuring a secure environment for students and staff, and maintaining program budgets and documentation.
