Roles & Responsibilities Compile and review monthly cost reports against projections, and record cost variances with reasons and proper substantiation. Study project-specific requirements and forecast potential additional costs based on projections. Ensure payment and projection allocations are aligned with specific work items. Review and verify projection costs against monthly PO closings with site. Monitor and control site expenses across all trades. Call for quotations and prepare comparison sheets. Check quantities based on drawings through manual measurement or using CostX or other relevant software. Call for quotations by trade for ongoing works. Track project VO lists, including computation of expected profit. Negotiate final accounts with vendors.
