Based in Singapore, this FP&A Analyst role sits within the regional finance team and partners closely with commercial, product, and key commercial stakeholders across the region. The position plays a key role in driving financial performance management, delivering commercial insights, and supporting strategic decision-making, with responsibility for regional P&L analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering activities. Job DescriptionSupport regional FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning Deliver monthly sales, margin, and P&L reporting with clear insights and commentary Partner closely with Sales Directors and Product Directors to support pricing, margin, and performance analysis Act as a finance business partner to the CFO and Managing Director, supporting decision‑making and performance reviews Coordinate regional financial snapshot reporting with country finance teams Prepare management presentations for regional leadership meetings Analyse performance by product, customer, and market, identifying trends and risks Support group consolidation and regional reporting processes Build and maintain dashboards and performance tracking tools Liaise with regional stakeholders and HQ on reporting requirements Support audit requirements, intercompany pricing analysis, and ad‑hoc commercial projects The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Finance, Bu
