RESPONSIBILITIES The Nursing Aide delivers quality daily care and supervision to residents, following care plans developed by Nursing and Allied Health Professionals. She maintains accurate and updated documentation, provides input for care plan reviews, and ensures adherence to house rules while recommending measures to mitigate risks. She also conducts activities that promote residents' health, wellness, and quality of life, and attends to their basic care needs. A caring, patient, and responsible professional with strong leadership and team skills, she contributes effectively across voluntary welfare organisations, community, and institutional settings.
