We are seeking a Legal Counsel to support our Family Office in Singapore. The role covers investment transactions, corporate governance, trusts and foundations, and dispute resolution, with a strong focus on compliance and confidentiality. This is an opportunity to gain broad legal exposure in a dynamic family office environment. What you will be responsible for: Provide legal support for equity investments and transactions, including structuring, due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and exit arrangements. Draft, review, and consolidate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to investments, operations, and governance. Assist with the setup and administration of family trusts and foundations, including periodic and annual reviews of trustee/foundation structures to ensure ongoing compliance. Handle incorporation, governance, and statutory filings of entities in coordination with corporate secretarial providers. Manage relationships with external counsel and support dispute resolution matters (litigation and arbitration), including evidence collection and case preparation. Perform other legal and compliance tasks as assigned by management, with a focus on confidentiality and discretion. How will you stand out: Master’s degree or above in Law; Singapore Bar qualification preferred. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in investment, corporate law, private wealth management, or family office environment. Strong ability in drafting and reviewing contracts, legal reasoning, risk assessment, and cross-functional communication. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with stakeholders across jurisdictions Requirements may be relaxed for outstanding candidates.
