GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Working closely with the General Manager of Pierre Fabre Singapore and various Area Managers, this role serves as a key business partner, providing strategic financial guidance to drive business growth and profitability. The position leads and manages the finance team through critical reporting periods, including month-end closing, year-end activities, and annual budgeting cycles, while collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization. This role also focuses on building and developing a high-performing finance team to support a dynamic and complex business environment with strong growth potential. Financial Management & Reporting Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local SFRS and Group IFRS standards Lead monthly closing, consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, and reporting activities in line with Group requirements Oversee budgeting, rolling forecast, and five-year planning processes, including analysis and performance tracking Manage cash flow forecasting, payment processes, and credit management Business Partnering & Performance Analysis Partner with the General Manager and Area Managers to support strategic decision-making and business growth Analyze financial performance, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights on risks, opportunities, and profitability improvement Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate new business opportunities, launches, and investments Support regional business reviews across Singapore and APAC Export markets Governance, Compliance & Internal Control Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and Group policies, with support from external partners and CPA firms Drive implementation of internal controls, finance best practices, and process improvement initiatives Support internal and external audit activities and ensure readiness of required financial documentation Monitor inventory valuation, write-offs, and financial ri
