He/she is committed towards the methodical planning, coordinating and executing of all educational-related policies/programmes/activities. The primary role of the executive is to provide tiered intervention to children/youths in consultation with the multidisciplinary team to promote the child/youth’s academic and personal excellence. The Education Executive is also responsible for working closely with key stakeholders to plan, organize and implement programmes and activities for the children and youths, manage volunteers and conduct needs and outcome assessments to measure and enhance programme relevance and effectiveness to bring about quality service and standards. Key Responsibilities: A) Delivers effective and efficient individualise intervention to children/youths Manage children and youths’ behaviour for the purpose of providing a safe and positive learning environment. Create a positive learning culture using a trauma-informed inclusive education approach in the House of Wisdom. Utilize data-based decision-making and evidence-based strategies to provide Individual Educational Plans (IEPs) and intervention plans for the children/youths with their respective case executives and in consultation with the Supervisor.
