Operational Regional Manager – Purchasing & Supplier Management (Vehicle Body Parts)Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Operational Regional Manager to oversee purchasing operations and supplier management for vehicle body parts. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, procurement, inventory coordination, pricing negotiation, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to support workshop operations. Key Responsibilities Manage purchasing operations for vehicle body and accident repair parts Source and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and timely delivery Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory planning Ensure parts procurement supports workshop operational requirements Compare quotations and control purchasing costs Coordinate with workshop teams regarding parts requirements and delivery schedules Monitor supplier performance, lead time, and product quality Handle regional operational purchasing activities and reporting Improve procurement efficiency and cost-saving initiatives RequirementsMinimum 5 years experience in automotive parts purchasing or procurement Strong knowledge of vehicle body parts and accident repair components Experience dealing with automotive suppliers and vendors Good negotiation and cost-control skills Strong understanding of inventory and supply chain processes Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing systems Experience managing regional operations preferred Preferred QualificationsExperience in vehicle body repair industry Familiar with OEM and aftermarket parts sourcing Strong supplier network within automotive industry Leadership and team management experience Working DetailsPosition: Full-Time Location: Gul Working Hours: Monday To Saturday, 0900hrs To 1800hrs Salary: Negotiable based on experience
