We are expanding our service offering to include corporate secretarial services and are seeking a qualified individual to join us as our designated Registered Qualified Individual (RQI) under the ACRA CSP Act 2024. Why This Role Is Different This is a strategic hire — not just a routine corp sec role. You will be the cornerstone of FYNC's CSP registration under the Corporate Service Providers Act 2024, enabling us to legally offer corporate secretarial services to our growing SME client base. You will handle both FYNC's own compliance and help build and deliver corp sec services to clients, with the opportunity to grow into a broader role as the business scales.
