🕒 Working Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm 📍 Location Bishan 🔹 Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver rehabilitation programmes to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities Monitor residents’ progress and review treatment plans accordingly Provide guidance on mobility aids, exercise programmes, and fall prevention strategies Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care Educate residents, families, and caregivers on safe movement and ongoing rehabilitation Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports in accordance with healthcare standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary meetings ✅ Requirements Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy Relevant clinical experience preferred (aged care or rehabilitation experience is an advantage) 📩 Interested?
