Must-have
Ground-up residential new build experience
Client-side or builder-side delivery track record
Contract administration and cost control expertise
WHS compliance and safety management leadership
Stakeholder management with capital partners

Experience with BTR and PBSA asset classes
Strong commercial acumen and budget forecasting
Proactive solutions-focused mindset
Ability to manage competing priorities independently
Key Requirements
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building, or related discipline
Solid knowledge of Australian building codes and WHS regulations
Current role as Project Manager, Development PM, or Senior Project Engineer
