We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Operations Executive to support financial reporting, operational processes, system improvements, and business analysis activities. We are looking for candidates with experience in FP&A, finance operations, accounting support, with strong analytical and technical skills. Key Responsibilities: Financial Operations & Reporting: Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and operational analysis Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Analyze financial and operational data to support business decision-making Ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports and documentation Banking & Administrative Support: Liaise with banks and vendors on operational and administrative matters Review and process vendor invoices and payment-related documentation Support internal stakeholders on finance and operational requests Handle vendor queries and follow up on outstanding matters Operations & Process Improvement: Review and improve operational workflows and internal processes Support automation initiatives using Microsoft Office tools, Access, and VBA Prepare and maintain operational documentation, reports, and procedures Participate in system enhancement and digitalization initiatives Systems & Project Support: Assist in system implementation and enhancement projects Support user testing, data validation, and reporting requirements Coordinate with stakeholders during system upgrades and process changes Customer Orders Manage
