Job Summary

  • The position requires executing joint business plans, analyzing market potential, and managing distributor performance against KPIs.
  • Candidates must be willing to work 80% field-based, conducting regular visits to distributors, wholesalers, and pharmacies across the country.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or life science
  • 3 years managing pharmaceutical distributors
  • Fluent Arabic with good English skills

  • Valid driver's license for field travel

  • MBA or advanced business qualification
  • Experience working with Egyptian distributors
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical supply chain processes
  • Cross-functional collaboration with finance and medical teams
  • Proven ability to solve operational issues quickly

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Dentistry, Veterinary, or Life Science
  • Minimum 3 years experience in pharmaceutical distributor management
  • Valid driver's license required for frequent travel
  • Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English
