Job SummaryPrepare a diverse range of sushi dishes (training will be provided). Manage cashier duties effectively. Cook and prepare food efficiently while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Follow food safety regulations to ensure top-notch food quality and hygiene standards. Keep food preparation areas clean and maintain kitchen equipment. Track inventory levels and place orders as necessary. Carry out any additional tasks as assigned. Requirements: Excellent communication skills with a focus on building positive customer relationships. Candidates who can start immediately will be given priority.
