The Role This is a Contractual role sits within the Office of the COO, APAC. We require a professional capable of executing complex regional projects while maintaining rigorous oversight of our operational and financial governance. You will serve as the primary conduit for a critical strategic initiative between APAC and EU offices, ensuring total alignment across global standards. Core Responsibilities Strategic Project Execution: Lead the implementation of high-priority regional initiatives, specifically spearheading a major project partnership with France. Governance & Executive Support: Manage and supervise APAC committees; act as a proxy for the COO in support-function oversight. Operational Control: Oversee the finance function (budgeting/financial monitoring) and provide high-level supervision of post-trade processing, settlement, and cash flow management. Strict Selection Criteria Only candidates meeting the following stringent requirements will be considered: Experience: Min 2 years of experience within a Global Asset Manager/ Investment Firm. Operational Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of the project lifecycle, operations, and financial budgeting. Regional Exposure: Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with regional stakeholders. Competencies: Exceptional "executive presence" with the ability to navigate complex, multi-jurisdictional stakeholders.
