Location: Singapore Industry: FMCG Type: Permanent, Full-time Our client is an established, large-scale Asian F&B brand with decades of heritage in the consumer food and beverage space, they are now investing in building out their international supply chain capabilities to support continued regional expansion. This is an exciting time to join as the Singapore office takes on a more strategic role within the global business. What You Will Be Doing Design and implement baseline demand planning processes, forecasting models, and planning frameworks suited to a multi-market international business Develop and continuously refine demand forecasts by drawing on historical data, market trends, and inputs from Sales and Marketing Incorporate key demand drivers into your forecasts - promotions, tenders, new product introductions, and product lifecycle changes (phase-in, phase-out, EOL) Own SKU master data and customer data to ensure planning and reporting are reliable and consistent Analyse forecast accuracy, bias, and variances; identify root causes and drive improvements Translate commercial business plans into clear demand signals for supply planning and execution Proactively identify gaps such as shortages or excess risks, and coordinate cross-functionally to resolve them Contribute to ongoing improvements in planning tools, processes, and data quality What We Are Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a closely related function within an FMCG environment Background in Food & Beverage is a strong advantage Proficient in MS Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a bonus Solid understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management Detail-oriented with strong prioritisation skills across multiple markets and timelines Jessie
