Responsibilities Manage full cycle of the recruitmentprocess Develop an effective candidate pipeline Supports the manager in identifyingsourcing channels and implement recruitment strategies throughinternal/external job portals, staff referrals, social media, recruitmentvendors, etc New staff on-boarding activities Maintaining manpower/headcount datereport and performance for HR Manager Participate in job fairs and careerevents Review employment applications andbackground reference check report Prepares and maintains jobclassifications and salary scales. Other ad hoc recruitment Admin duties Requirements Preferably Candidate with Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experiencein the related field is required for this position.
