Key Responsibilities: 1. Transformation Leadership Partner closely with the Global Managing Director and content studio specialists to guide and support the upgrade of local content studios. Ensure alignment between global strategy and local execution. 2. Operational Support for Change Work with in-market teams to follow up on agreed actions, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met. Identify capability gaps or bottlenecks that could slow transformation and proactively address them. Remove operational roadblocks through coordination, problem-solving, and resource alignment. 3. Network Coordination Build strong relationships with local studio teams to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the network. Monitor and report on transformation milestones, successes, and risks to leadership. 4. Quality and Consistency Ensure upgraded studios meet agreed standards for output, efficiency, and brand alignment. Support in-market teams in integrating new tools, processes, and ways of working introduced during transformation. Experience & Skills: Proven track record in operational leadership or transformation programs, preferably in creative, media, or content production environments. Strong project follow-up skills — able to keep teams on track through clear communication and accountability. Skilled at identifying issues and problem-solving across multiple markets. Comfortable working across geographies and cultures. Ability to influence without direct authority and build trust quickly
