Job Responsibilities: Assess and identify the individual needs of clients and formulate, develop and implement appropriate individualized therapy programmes; Assess and monitor therapy outcomes; Liaise with various disciplines involved in the integration process; Refer clients to the respective specialists for consultation and intervention; Able to work with Allied Health Professional Group team in formulating service delivery to clients; Job Requirements: Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy (listed in https://www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg/ahpc/apply-to-be-a-registered-allied-health-professional/lists-of-recognised-qualifications) Eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professional Council in Singapore as a conditional registrant or full registrant
